Holiday Gift Guide for Pups!

I love a good gift guide, but I suck balls at writing them up.  Why?  Because I am the person who desperately NEEDS the guide.  That’s why I feel so fortunate that my pal Miranda from Hurry Up and Wait was kind enough to write me up a great one for pups.  And you all know how spoiled my pups are, so this couldn’t be more perfect!
I’ve grown up with animals my whole life so for me dogs are so much more than pets, they are family! I’ve always been one of those people who buys my dogs gifts on their birthdays and of course on Christmas. This year I decided to put together a little wishlist for my dogs and I think these are all gifts any dog would love!
1). YoPup™ Probiotic Blend Happy Belly: YoPup disguises healthful food in yummy, fun snacks. Reward your pup today with a natural and holistic approach to great nutrition.
2). Nylabone Healthy Edibles: Curb destructive chewing behaviors with Healthy Edibles Wholesome Chews. High quality chews are made with all-natural ingredients for a 100% edible, highly digestible and great-tasting treat. Gluten free formula. No sugar, salt, plastic or preservatives.
3). Kong Off/On Squeaker Toy: I have a dog at home that drives me BONKERS with her squeaky toys. She will sit and squeak it for hours if I don’t take it away from her after a few minutes. I think she just likes to hear it cry. Makes her feel like she is killing it! Hey, it’s instinct. So I love this Kong toy because there is a switch you can flip which turns the squeaker off! You can let your dog have fun squeaking but once you are starting to go crazy you can turn it off and your dog can still play with the toy. Genius.
4). Bottle Cruncher: I love this toy because it’s a great way to recyle/reuse plastic bottles. You put one inside this toy and it makes a crunching sound that dogs love. No more annoying squeaking!
5).Personalized Dog Toy Storage Box: I love this box that can be customized with your pets name! My dog is spoiled with a lot of toys. I usually just throw them in a cardboard box on the floor. The look of this one is so much better! Now to teach the dog not to take out every single toy right after I put them away!
6). Metal Engraved Buckle Dog Collar: Having a collar with contact info for your dog is so important! I am always a little afraid to use danging tags because they can fall off. These collars are perfect because the contact info is engraved right on the collar and they come in so many different colors and patterns.
7). Durable Dragon Toy: My Husband and I are nerds and love the whole Medieval thing. Therefore, we love dragons and these dragon toys are just adorable! I can picture my little Chihuahua carrying the small one around. I would then call her my little dragon slayer! In addition, the toy features a plush bubble fabric for a soft chewing surface and Chew Guard Technolog for lasting durability!
8). Food Container: We have these containers at my work and they are awesome! They can fit a lot of food, they have an airtight seal, and really help keep food fresh! They are also stackable if you have multiple dogs or stockpile your food.
9). Barkbox: This is something I have wanted to try for my dogs but I haven’t got around to it yet. Every month you will receive a box in the mail with four or more carefully selected products and presents for your dog – anything from toys, bones and all-natural treats to hygiene products and innovative new gadgets! They have different boxes for different sized dogs and I think this would be a really cool thing to try!
10). Apple Pie Dog Shampoo: The smell of this shampoo is amazing! I sat and smelled it in the store for a good five minutes. It’s great! It is made with oatmeal which is great for your dog’s skin and coat. It also helps control shedding and odor. They have a lot of different scents but this one is my favorite.
11). Travel Bowls: My Husband and I love taking ours dogs hiking, to the beach, out for walks, runs, and next year we would like to take them camping with us. These bowls are perfect for the traveling dog. They are waterproof, collapsible, and the perfect size.
