My 10 Favorite Posts of 2013

Everyone is doing their top posts from last year.  In fact, many started their little count down before the New Year.  True to form, I didn’t.  It was half a conscious decision and half because My top posts were boring.  Miley Cyrus did something dumb, someone said something stupid, blah blah.  The reason is because those are really searchable.  I get hits from them all the time because people search for Miley Cyrus news more than they should.

Instead, I’d like to offer you a list of MY favorite posts.  These are the posts that I remember, that I love and that I want others to think of when they think of me and my blog.

  1. I Am Not Strong
  2. The Smell of Brussels Sprouts
  3. I Am Lucky: A 9/11 Reflection
  4. Perfection on Paper
  5. Staring at the Sun
  6. I Might Be a Sociopath
  7. Remember That Time I Did Dirty Things to Tiger Woods
  8. Marriage is Worth the Fight
  9. I’m Damaged and You Might Be Too
  10. 10 Things People Assume About Bloggers

About A Girl

A Girl is a 20 something blogger who began blogging in 2008 as a means of coping with a deployment. She is a Veterinary Technician by trade and loves her work in Emergency and Critical Care. She is married to a 11 year veteran of the USMC reserves, whom she meet shortly after he returned from a deployment. They have been married for four years, have three, very bratty dogs, and are currently trying to muddle through the aftermath of a difficult deployment for both.

  1. I love number 8! Being an Army Wife, it is hard sometimes. Especially when they bring their frustrations home, but it is definitely worth the fight.
