Easy Microwave Steamed Broccoli

One thing I love to eat is steamed broccoli.  The trouble is that I don’t have a double boiler or anything else useful to help me get the broccoli steamed.  I’m also lazy.  But I still want to eat at least a little healthy, so I came up with an easy way to get my veggie fix without much effort. It really is very basic. Take broccoli- I buy it in a bag, but a head will work just fine Cut into medium to small pieces Put i microwave safe bowl Dribble a little water in there- a few tablespoons will usually do the trick Cover with lid- but tightly but with a small edge unsealed to vent a small amount of the pressure Microwave for 7-10 minutes (depending on your microwave) EAT!
